DOLU has over the span of 4 years divested resources towards solving housing needs through Rental and Sales it Landed properties and Houses within and outside the city of Port Harcourt with a strong client base that trust and believe in the value, ease and integrity we bring to the table.
Through the creation of real estate opportunities and collaboration, we have grown a teeming network of Realtors (Affiliate and Non-Affiliate) with a committed passion towards redefining the face and quality of Real Estate in Nigeria.
We have successfully sold out our DELIGHTSOME LAYOUT and BEULAH LAYOUT both at Abara Etche. We are currently selling our ARMY RANGE at Igwurita for 15M (1000sq), SAGE at Omagwa for 4M and OAKRIDGE at Omagwa-Isiopko for 2.5M. We also have several Rental houses currently under our management within Port Harcourt and in Eleme LGA, etc.
